How to Order

Photo to Cross Stitch:

• Custom Photo to Cross Stitch Chart: $48.00 U.S. - for any size up to 220 x 280 stitches (16" x 20" on 14 count). For larger designs please contact us for a quote. Prices include shipping and handling.
  • (Note: Due to the extreme change in exchange rates between the US and Canadian dollar, we were forced to raise the US dollar price to match our Canadian price. If exchange rates drop again we will adjust the price accordingly. Thanks for your understanding.)
  
  
• Please do not send a photo larger than 9"x12" (unless you don't need it returned). A regular 4"x6" snapshot is best and it is easy to mail. Also, do not mail one-of-a-kind or valuable photos. A photo lab can make a re-print for you from a negative or from a photo at a reasonable cost. We can't be responsible for photos lost or damaged in the mail.
  
  
• NEW! - Our Order Form now has an option for 'uploading' your digital photos, as well as online payment by Visa MasterCard, Amex, and PayPal. If you choose this method please disregard the instructions for mailing your order below.
  
  
• To order fill out and submit our online Order Form. Once you click 'Submit' you will see a printable order form which you can print out and mail along with your photo and payment.

• You will receive a large, easy to read chart with a symbol chart indexed to DMC thread colours as well as a colour graphic printout of your picture - see Chart Example. Our technique uses full-stitches only (no partial stitches or back-stitching) to produce a very realistic effect (see our Examples )
  
  
• Please give us an email address so we can notify you when your preview image is ready. The preview shows your photo after we've sized it and converted it to DMC colors.
  
  
• If we feel your photo will not produce a good cross stitch as specified, we will contact you and make suggestions for changes, or return your photo without charge. We'll even pay the postage.
  
  
• The majority of our orders are from the USA, many of them repeat customers and from referrals.
